Impact Tank is Namibia’s first social venture builder. We believe in social entrepreneurship as a means to create sustainable social, economic, and environmental change for Namibia. We ideate, build, launch, grow, and scale social ventures in three thematic areas: The Green & Blue Economy, Emerging Technology, and Indigenous Knowledge. Within our Blue Economy, our focus is on strengthening blue entrepreneurial ecosystems to improve livelihoods for coastal communities in Namibia.
I have been working at Impact Tank for almost 2 years as head of research and development. My focus is on: ensuring social and environmental impacts are achieved through the development and implementation of robust impact frameworks; and conducting entrepreneurial ecosystem mapping through stakeholder mapping, analysis, and engagement across all thematic areas.
