Arnold Amon Shoko is an award-winning marine scientist, climate entrepreneur, and 2025 Mandela Washington Fellow with over five years of experience at the intersection of ocean conservation, climate change adaptation, and community resilience. Arnold holds an MSc in Fisheries Resources Management, grounding his advocacy in deep technical expertise.
