She serves as a Senior Blue Economy Advisor at the African Union, where she contributes to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening ocean governance and unlocking the potential of the blue economy on the continent.

Her work focuses on multilateral policy development, climate resilience, and the sustainable management of marine resources, with particular emphasis on supporting African countries and Small Island Developing States. Linda is actively involved in high-level continental processes, including the advancement of the African Union’s Ocean Governance Strategy and related capacity-building initiatives.
