Miss Vivian Malatji, Environmental Officer for Blue Continent Products, a subsidiary of the Oceana Group. She has a broad portfolio of all BCP vessels for Hake & Horse Mackerel trawling, Lobster and Squid fishing and also land-based factories & sites. She’s an environmentalist at heart and always seeking environmentally friendlier alternatives for implementation on both the professional and personal sphere. She holds a Degree in Environmental Management through Cape Peninsula University of Technology and is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Marine and Environmental Law through University of Cape Town. Over the years, her experience has ranged from different industries within mineral & petroleum mining, inland & diamond mining within sea concession and currently advancing in the fishing industry.
