Nicole is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Eos Capital, a Namibian private equity firm that raised its first fund in 2015. Prior to Eos, she gained extensive organizational and operational improvement experience from a broad range of sectors and leading businesses , both private and state-owned, across Africa while at McKinsey and Company (the leading global management consulting firm), Liberty Life in South Africa and Old Mutual Africa. Nicole is an MBA graduate from London Business School, holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Actuarial Science) from the University of Cape Town, is a qualified Actuary and a certified Financial Risk Manager with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
